The current and future generations of employees are looking for something more than just the secure employment that prior generations sought.

The reality of secure employment has diminished significantly, and the new generation of workers are far more interested in meaning and purpose rather than staying at an employer just for income security. And the more capable (experience and qualifications) a person possess, the more likely that meaningful work is at the top of their list.

If you want the best of the best, working with the best at their best, then money is not going to retain them.

The challenge for employers has become one of providing meaning and purpose while also growing profits. The legacy approaches to management no longer provide a model which can deliver on all these needs.

However, the Practice Of Non-Greed In Business provides a performance centric model that is anchored in worthy leadership, purpose and motive while also releasing the real competitive potential that exists in organisations but is rarely tapped. It enables people to thrive and with that comes delivery of meaning, fulfillment of purpose, continuing challenges and yes increasing profits.
